Taking a closer look at the numbers, we have uncovered some noteworthy trends in sales of single-family homes over $1 million in Orange Beach and Gulf Shores. In the first and second quarters of 2023, there were 99 sales with an average price of $1.837.653, and 50% were cash transactions. The highest recorded sale was $4.920.000.

Moving to the same period in 2024, and there were 83 sales with an average price of $1.847.015, and 61% were cash transactions. The highest recorded sale was $6.650.000.
