In just a few weeks Hangout Fest will kick off its 10th Anniversary following a wildly successful 2018. General admission ticket holders, receive a VIP experience and can expect more of last year’s additions that were a huge hit.
- CAMP HANGOUT – A weekend summer camp for all ages with s’mores, arts & crafts, swimming, dodgeball and more!
- ROLLER DISCO – Roller skates and bathing suits go together like frozen drinks and baby umbrellas.
- MONSTER ENERGY BEACH CLUB – Jump in the water for a swim or lose yourself to the music performed by an all-star cast of DJs.
- HAMMOCK BEACH – Listen to your favorite band while you recharge under the shade from the palm trees right at the water’s edge.
- YOGA – Perfect way to start out your day, free yoga (no mats needed) every morning at 11:15 a.m.
- TROPICAL SPA – A VIP experience for everyone. Massage, Hydration IV treatments, and a full-service hair salon on the beach! And don’t forget the wedding chapel, volleyball courts, Ferris wheel, and a puppy kissing booth that raises money for the Baldwin Humane Society.
The VIP experience takes the music festival to a new level! All exclusive packages include a private entrance gate, fully plumbed in-ground swimming pools, elevated viewing of the main stage, up-close stage access on the beach, and free food & drinks. The food…. not just usual festival food fare, but James Beard Chefs preparing unforgettable dishes for the daily buffet in the high-end, elegantly decorated dining room under a huge canvas tent.
Super VIP includes even more with shaded, elevated viewing with hot tubs, VIP shaded areas and an intimate, unplugged stage that will feature unique shows by some of the festival’s top performers. Or go BIG with the Big Kahuna VIP experience that will have you watch your favorite bands up close on the elevated side stage, private transportation, backstage access to Artist Beach and all the food and drinks needed to round out a fabulous weekend.
We asked Festival Director Sean O’Connell what he is most excited about for this year’s festival, and without hesitation, he said “The Music.” So, as it was in the beginning since 2010, the artists that eventually make up the line-up are still hand selected and secured by the team. No group bookings. This approach has created a history of impressive lineups that are a balance of international and top tier acts with an insanely strong undercard of up and coming bands in all genres. So, if you have not heard of them before and they are on the lineup, check them out!
We can’t wait to see which band will create that ‘festival moment’ this year to add to nine years of “moment” memories by artists like Zac Brown the first year, Tom Petty, Stevie Wonder, Paul Simon, Imagine Dragons, Jack Johnson, Jason Isbell, Alabama Shakes and The Revivalists to name a few.
